    How does it work?

    Our service is like having therapy in your pocket. We offer a variety of levels of service, depending on your individual needs. Our most basic plan includes tools and resources that you can utilize at any time at your own speed. We also offer weekly office hours and monthly group coaching for additional real-time support. Additional plans also include individualized coaching with Voxer support and real-time Zoom sessions, depending on your level of membership.

    I want to get the most out of therapy/coaching. What can I do to help?

    We are here as collaborators on your journey. The more invested you are in your healing and growth, the better results you will have. Your active participation and dedication will be crucial to your success.


    I’ve never talked to anyone. I’m used to handling things on my own. Aren’t people who go to therapy weak?

    Not at all. You would not feel weak for needing an antibiotic, would you? Everyone needs help now and then. We will help you explore and identify your strengths and how to implement them to reduce the influence of the problems you are facing.


    What’s the difference between talking to you or my best friend or family?

    The difference is between someone who can offer empathy, and someone who has the training and experience to offer you professional support. A mental health professional can help you approach your situation in a new way– teach you new skills, gain different perspectives, listen to you without judgment or expectations, and help you listen to yourself.
